DuDuClaw 隱私權政策
DuDuClaw 是Dudu Technology Ltd.（嘟嘟數位科技有限公司）開發的本地端 AI 員工平台。本政策說明 DuDuClaw 如何處理你授權存取的 Google 資料。
我們取用哪些 Google 資料
當你在 DuDuClaw 儀表板連接 Google 帳戶時，依你授權的範圍，DuDuClaw 可存取：
- Google 日曆（calendar.events）：讀取近期行程、依你的指示建立行程（含 Google Meet 會議連結）。
- Google 試算表（spreadsheets）：讀取你指定的試算表範圍、依你的指示新增資料列。
- 電子郵件地址（userinfo.email）：在儀表板顯示目前連接的帳戶。
資料如何處理與儲存
- DuDuClaw 是安裝在你自己電腦上的軟體。所有 Google 資料的讀取與處理都在你的裝置本機進行。
- 授權憑證（OAuth token）以 AES-256 加密後儲存在你裝置本機的設定目錄，不會上傳到 Dudu Technology Ltd. 或任何第三方伺服器。
- Dudu Technology Ltd. 無法存取你的 Google 資料。我們沒有伺服器端資料庫保存任何 Google 使用者資料。
- 你可以隨時在 DuDuClaw 儀表板按「中斷連線」撤銷授權，本機儲存的憑證會即刻刪除；也可以到 Google 帳戶的「安全性 → 第三方存取權」頁面撤銷。
AI 功能與資料使用
你在 DuDuClaw 中指派 AI 員工處理的內容（例如「查我明天的行程」），相關 Google 資料會作為該次任務的上下文送交你自行設定的 AI 服務供應商（例如 Anthropic Claude）處理。送出範圍僅限完成該次任務所需，不用於訓練模型。
Limited Use 聲明
DuDuClaw 對 Google API 取得之資料的使用，遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括 Limited Use 要求。我們不會將 Google 使用者資料出售、用於廣告，或轉讓給第三方（法律要求除外）。

DuDuClaw Privacy Policy
DuDuClaw is a locally-installed AI staff platform developed by Dudu Technology Ltd. This policy explains how DuDuClaw handles Google data you authorize it to access.
Google data we access
- Google Calendar (calendar.events): read upcoming events and create events (including Google Meet links) at your request.
- Google Sheets (spreadsheets): read ranges you specify and append rows at your request.
- Email address (userinfo.email): shown in the dashboard so you can confirm which account is connected.
How data is processed and stored
- DuDuClaw runs on your own computer. All Google data is read and processed locally on your device.
- OAuth tokens are stored on your device, encrypted with AES-256. They are never uploaded to Dudu Technology Ltd. or any third party.
- Dudu Technology Ltd. cannot access your Google data. We operate no server-side database holding any Google user data.
- You can revoke access at any time via "Disconnect" in the DuDuClaw dashboard (locally stored tokens are deleted immediately) or from your Google Account's Security → Third-party access page.
AI features and data use
When you ask your AI staff to perform a task (e.g. "check tomorrow's schedule"), the Google data needed for that task is sent as context to the AI provider you configured yourself (e.g. Anthropic Claude). Only what the task requires is sent, and it is not used for model training.
Limited Use disclosure
DuDuClaw's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as required by law.
