DuDuClaw Privacy Policy

DuDuClaw is a locally-installed AI staff platform developed by DuDu Studio. This policy explains how DuDuClaw handles Google data you authorize it to access.

Google data we access

• Google Calendar (calendar.events): read upcoming events and create events (including Google Meet links) at your request.
• Google Sheets (spreadsheets): read ranges you specify and append rows at your request.
• Email address (userinfo.email): shown in the dashboard so you can confirm which account is connected.

How data is processed and stored

• DuDuClaw runs on your own computer. All Google data is read and processed locally on your device.
• OAuth tokens are stored on your device, encrypted with AES-256. They are never uploaded to DuDu Studio or any third party.
• DuDu Studio cannot access your Google data. We operate no server-side database holding any Google user data.
• You can revoke access at any time via "Disconnect" in the DuDuClaw dashboard (locally stored tokens are deleted immediately) or from your Google Account's Security → Third-party access page.

AI features and data use

When you ask your AI staff to perform a task (e.g. "check tomorrow's schedule"), the Google data needed for that task is sent as context to the AI provider you configured yourself (e.g. Anthropic Claude). Only what the task requires is sent, and it is not used for model training.

Limited Use disclosure

DuDuClaw's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as required by law.
